Over four years working on the Britten Pears Young Artist Programme (BPYAP), I specialised in producing stellar professional development opportunities for instrumentalists, conductors, and composers. Courses included:

• Britten Pears Orchestra with Marin Alsop - performances at Snape Maltings and Royal Festival Hall, family concerts, and recording work for Naxos DVD release

• Composition & Performance, with composers Colin Matthews and Mark-Anthony Turnage, Claire Booth (soprano), and Jessica Cottis (conductor)

• Orchestral Conducting with Marin Alsop and Valentina Peleggi

• Side-by-side projects for Strings & Brass, featuring horn player Julie Landsman, violinist Jorja Fleezanis, and principals from some of the world’s leading orchestras

• Instrumental masterclasses with pianists Pierre-Laurent Aimard and Tamara Stefanovich, and residencies for chamber ensembles
