Composer development schemes
As Artist Development Projects Manager for LSO Discovery over two years, I led the planning and delivery of the LSO’s pioneering programmes for early-career composers:
Panufnik Composers Scheme: a year-long course offering composers the opportunity to write for symphony orchestra, with tuition from Colin Matthews and Christian Mason
Soundhub: artist-led resource providing a flexible environment where composers could explore, collaborate and experiment with support from LSO Musicians.
Jerwood Composer+: mentoring scheme giving early-career composers the chance to programme, plan and deliver their own chamber-scale concerts at LSO St Luke’s over a 16-month placement with a budget of £10,000.
